We sent flowers to my mother for her birthday from California and found out the night before she would not be home when they were scheduled to be delivered. We called first thing that morning and Luna's could not have been more accommodating, changing the delivery location to where she would be without any issues. She was thrilled with the arrangement - the photo she sent looked just liked the one on the website! It's always a crap shoot to order flowers sight unseen from out of town. Luna's did a great job (as I imagine they would locally, as well). Highly recommended.
